JS INTERNATIONAL knows that details and planning is what makes your custom remodel a success. We cannot put a price on the importance of this step, especially if you are seeking to create something that others will admire. To serve you best we have formed relationships with several designers that we work closely to. Working with a designer gives you the capability of creating a vision and transferring that vision into a plan and a design drawing so that your HOME can be a reflection of all that you desire. A designer will help you in selection of materials, drawing details, and suggesting the proper function of your space. Once this process is completed we can begin transferring your creation into a success for years to come.
This is the fun part of the process and we love to engage with our clients and discover their styles.

 

 

 

What You Can Expect

By giving all of our attention to your remodeling project we are able to provide you with exclusive creations so that your HOME you can truly show off. We specialize in custom remodeling allowing us to give your HOME the benefit of all our resources, knowledge, and expertise so that you receive the high quality workmanship that you desire.  Our licensed specialized tradesmen perform all of our work. For example, we have state licensed plumbers and electricians doing all of the electrical and plumbing work in your home and a not a general renovator for this. This ensures that you are given the quality within each particular aspect of the new and exciting creation.

JS INTERNATIONAL adheres to rules and regulations that are above the industry standards.
Permits are necessary and are a means of protection for the consumer by having an expert inspect the work that was done by a contractor. We can provide permits because we know that we are serving you best by doing so.

Your custom remodel is managed by professionals, we are available to you when you need, respond to you within same day, have a quick turn around time, are creative, innovative and truly love what we do! We give your HOME the time and attention necessary to complete something unique.

We want you to feel at ease throughout this process and that is why we take the following measures to keep cleanliness a top priority. We use zip walls to confine the dust to the remodeling area and use floor covering for protection. We also have each trade contractor clean up after completing their portion and make sure that they use the most efficient processes to ensure that everything runs smoothly and is kept neat and orderly.
